Accumulative plasma levels of Miglustat and Clomiphene (Toremifene) of different dosages and administration intervals in primates: For Miglustat, three conditions are calculated: 250 mg each at an interval of 12 hours (equal to the dosage and the interval for the mouse model); 200 mg each at an interval of 8 hours (the maximum dosage and the normal interval for humans); 100 mg each at an interval of 4 hours (as suggested here). Plasma level of 250 mg/day Clomiphene (injection) is approximately equal to that of 600 mg/day Toremifene (oral administration). Grey line indicates the supposed plasma level after single drug administration. Red line or blue line shows the calculated accumulative plasma levels of each drug.
