The effect of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein mutations on the reactivity to the neutralizing antibody. Pseudoviruses with the indicated SARS-CoV-2 S proteins (wild-type, N354D, or V367F) were incubated (1 h, room temperature) with different concentrations of neutralization antibody, before being inoculated into HEK293T-ACE2 cells. Efficiency of the transduction was quantified by testing the virus-encoded luciferase activity at 48 h post-transduction. For normalization, inhibition of pseudovirus transduction in HEK293T-ACE2 cells without neutralization antibody was set as 0%. The data are presented as the mean percentages of inhibition, and error bars indicate standard deviation. RLU relative luminescent unit
