Through the log-rank test, a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) was demonstrated in the treatment groups (A). Through the fluorescent probe, the presence of B. pseudomallei in the infected C. elegans (B) is seen, particularly in the intestine, whilst this is considerably diminished following phage treatment (C).
