Plasma biomarker expression levels in children who survived and died. Levels of cytokines, chemokines and markers of endothelial damage and activation were measured in the plasma of children at inclusion (D0) by the Luminex assay and compared between surviving (n = 50) and deceased children (n = 20) by the Mann‒Whitney U test.
