Growth characteristics of DENV-2 and AaeDV in monoinfection and superinfection treatments. RNA and DNA samples were prepared from cells and culture supernatant at different time points post infection, and qPCR assays were used to measure levels of DENV-2 RNA and AaeDV DNA.
